Have a broken Mac, iPod or accessory?
If you bought it within the last 90 days you have free tech support by phone. Try calling Apple:
- 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273)
If you are still under Apple Care warranty (one year in most cases, but if you paid for extended care you get three years from purchase date) but the 90 days have lapsed you’re still covered in most instances. Call or stop by an Apple retail store and drop it off. You can mail it in and have it repaired and mailed back to you (call above number for details on how to do this).
